Wa minan naasi mai-yashtaree lahuwal hadeesi li yudilla 'an sabeelil laahi bighairi 'ilminw wa yattakhizahaa huzuwaa; ulaaa'ika lahum 'azaabum muheen
And of the people is he who buys the amusement of speech to mislead [others] from the way of Allah without knowledge and who takes it in ridicule. Those will have a humiliating punishment.
اور کچھ لوگ کھیل کی باتیں خریدتے ہیں کہ اللہ کی راہ سے بہکادیں بے سمجھے اور اسے ہنسی بنالیں، ان کے لیے ذلت کا عذاب ہے،
और लोगों में बाज़ (नज़र बिन हारिस) ऐसा है जो बेहूदा क़िस्से (कहानियाँ) ख़रीदता है ताकि बग़ैर समझे बूझे (लोगों को) ख़ुदा की (सीधी) राह से भड़का दे और आयातें ख़ुदा से मसख़रापन करे ऐसे ही लोगों के लिए बड़ा रुसवा करने वाला अज़ाब है
Wa izaa tutlaa 'alayhi Aayaatunaa wallaa mustakbiran ka al lam yasma'haa ka anna feee uzunwihi waqran fabash shiru bi'azaabin aleem
And when our verses are recited to him, he turns away arrogantly as if he had not heard them, as if there was in his ears deafness. So give him tidings of a painful punishment.
اور جب اس پر ہماری آیتیں پڑھی جائیں تو تکبر کرتا ہوا پھرے جیسے انہیں سنا ہی نہیں جیسے اس کے کانوں میں ٹینٹ (روئی کا پھایا) ہے تو اسے دردناک عذاب کا مژدہ دو،
और जब उसके सामने हमारी आयतें पढ़ी जाती हैं तो शेख़ी के मारे मुँह फेरकर (इस तरह) चल देता है गोया उसने इन आयतों को सुना ही नहीं जैसे उसके दोनो कानों में ठेठी है तो (ऐ रसूल) तुम उसको दर्दनाक अज़ाब की (अभी से) खुशख़बरी दे दे
Khalaqas samaawaati bi ghairi 'amadin tarawnahaa wa alqaa fil ardi rawaasiya an tameeda bikum wa bassa feehaa min kulli daaabbah; wa anzalnaa minas samaaa'i maaa'an fa ambatnaa feeha min kulli zawjin kareem
He created the heavens without pillars that you see and has cast into the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with you, and dispersed therein from every creature. And We sent down rain from the sky and made grow therein [plants] of every noble kind.
اس نے آسمان بنائے بے ایسے ستونوں کے جو تمہیں نظر آئیں اور زمین میں ڈالے لنگر کہ تمہیں لے کر نہ کانپے اور اس میں ہر قسم کے جانور پھیلائے، اور ہم نے آسمان سے پانی اتارا تو زمین میں ہر نفیس جوڑا اگایا
तुम उन्हें देख रहे हो कि उसी ने बग़ैर सुतून के आसमानों को बना डाला और उसी ने ज़मीन पर (भारी भारी) पहाड़ों के लंगर डाल दिए कि (मुबादा) तुम्हें लेकर किसी तरफ जुम्बिश करे और उसी ने हर तरह चल फिर करने वाले (जानवर) ज़मीन में फैलाए और हमने आसमान से पानी बरसाया और (उसके ज़रिए से) ज़मीन में हर रंग के नफ़ीस जोड़े पैदा किए
Haazaa khalqul laahi fa aroonee maazaa khalaqal lazeena min doonih; baliz zaalimoona fee dalalim Mubeen
This is the creation of Allah. So show Me what those other than Him have created. Rather, the wrongdoers are in clear error.
یہ تو اللہ کا بنایا ہوا ہے مجھے وہ دکھاؤ جو اس کے سوا اوروں نے بنایا بلکہ ظالم کھلی گمراہی میں ہیں،
(ऐ रसूल उनसे कह दो कि) ये तो खुदा की ख़िलक़त है कि (भला) तुम लोग मुझे दिखाओं तो कि जो (जो माबूद) ख़ुदा के सिवा तुमने बना रखे है उन्होंने क्या पैदा किया बल्कि सरकश लोग (कुफ्फ़ार) सरीही गुमराही में (पडे) हैं
Wa laqad aatainaa Luqmaanal hikmata anishkur lillaah; wa many yashkur fa innamaa yashkuru linafsihee wa man kafara fa innal laaha Ghaniyyun Hameed
And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], "Be grateful to Allah." And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] - then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.
اور بیشک ہم نے لقمان کو حکمت عطا فرمائی کہ اللہ کا شکر کر اور جو شکر کرے وہ اپنے بھلے کو شکر کرتا ہے اور جو ناشکری کرے تو بیشک اللہ بے پرواہ ہے سب خوبیاں سراہا،
और यक़ीनन हम ने लुक़मान को हिकमत अता की (और हुक्म दिया था कि) तुम ख़ुदा का शुक्र करो और जो ख़ुदा का शुक्र करेगा-वह अपने ही फायदे के लिए शुक्र करता है और जिसने नाशुक्री की तो (अपना बिगाड़ा) क्योंकी ख़ुदा तो (बहरहाल) बे परवाह (और) क़ाबिल हमदो सना है
Wa iz qaala luqmaanu libnihee wa huwa ya'izuhoo ya bunaiya laa tushrik billaah; innash shirka lazulmun 'azeem
And [mention, O Muhammad], when Luqman said to his son while he was instructing him, "O my son, do not associate [anything] with Allah. Indeed, association [with him] is great injustice."
اور یاد کرو جب لقمان نے اپنے بیٹے سے کہا اور وہ نصیحت کرتا تھا اے میرے بیٹے اللہ کا کسی کو شریک نہ کرنا، بیشک شرک بڑا ظلم ہے
और (वह वक्त याद करो) जब लुक़मान ने अपने बेटे से उसकी नसीहत करते हुए कहा ऐ बेटा (ख़बरदार कभी किसी को) ख़ुदा का शरीक न बनाना (क्योंकि) शिर्क यक़ीनी बड़ा सख्त गुनाह है
Wa wassainal bi waalidaihi hamalat hu ummuhoo wahnan 'alaa wahninw wa fisaaluhoo fee 'aamaini anishkur lee wa liwaalidaika ilaiyal maseer
And We have enjoined upon man [care] for his parents. His mother carried him, [increasing her] in weakness upon weakness, and his weaning is in two years. Be grateful to Me and to your parents; to Me is the [final] destination.
اور ہم نے آدمی کو اس کے ماں باپ کے بارے میں تاکید فرمائی اس کی ماں نے اسے پیٹ میں رکھا کمزوری پر کمزوری جھیلتی ہوئی اور اس کا دودھ چھوٹنا دو برس میں ہے یہ کہ حق مان میرا اور اپنے ماں باپ کا آخر مجھی تک آنا ہے،
(जिस की बख़्शिस नहीं) और हमने इन्सान को जिसे उसकी माँ ने दुख पर दुख सह के पेट में रखा (इसके अलावा) दो बरस में (जाके) उसकी दूध बढ़ाई की (अपने और) उसके माँ बाप के बारे में ताक़ीद की कि मेरा भी शुक्रिया अदा करो और अपने वालदैन का (भी) और आख़िर सबको मेरी तरफ लौट कर जाना है
Wa in jaahadaaka 'alaaa an tushrika bee maa laisa laka bihee 'ilmun falaa tuti'humaa wa saahib humaa fid dunyaa ma'roofanw wattabi' sabeela man anaaba ilayy; summa ilaiya marji'ukum fa unabbi'ukum bimaa kuntum ta'maloon
But if they endeavor to make you associate with Me that of which you have no knowledge, do not obey them but accompany them in [this] world with appropriate kindness and follow the way of those who turn back to Me [in repentance]. Then to Me will be your return, and I will inform you about what you used to do.
اور اگر وہ دونوں تجھ سے کوشش کریں کہ میرا شریک ٹھہرائے ایسی چیز کو جس کا تجھے علم نہیں تو ان کا کہنا نہ مان اور دنیا میں اچھی طرح ان کا ساتھ دے اور اس کی راہ چل جو میری طرف رجوع لایا پھر میری ہی طرف تمہیں پھر آنا ہے تو میں بتادوں گا جو تم کرتے تھے
और अगर तेरे माँ बाप तुझे इस बात पर मजबूर करें कि तू मेरा शरीक ऐसी चीज़ को क़रार दे जिसका तुझे इल्म भी नहीं तो तू (इसमें) उनकी इताअत न करो (मगर तकलीफ़ न पहुँचाना) और दुनिया (के कामों) में उनका अच्छी तरह साथ दे और उन लोगों के तरीक़े पर चल जो (हर बात में) मेरी (ही) तरफ रुजू करे फिर (तो आख़िर) तुम सबकी रुजू मेरी ही तरफ है तब (दुनिया में) जो कुछ तुम करते थे
Ya bunaiya innahaaa in taku misqaala habbatim min khardalin fatakun fee sakhratin aw fis samaawaati aw fil ardi yaati bihal laa; innal laaha lateefun Khabeer
[And Luqman said], "O my son, indeed if wrong should be the weight of a mustard seed and should be within a rock or [anywhere] in the heavens or in the earth, Allah will bring it forth. Indeed, Allah is Subtle and Acquainted.
اے میرے بیٹے برائی اگر رائی کے دانہ برابر ہو پھر وہ پتھر کی چٹان میں یا آسمان میں یا زمین میں کہیں ہو اللہ اسے لے آئے گا بیشک اللہ ہر باریکی کا جاننے والا خبردار ہے
(उस वक्त उसका अन्जाम) बता दूँगा ऐ बेटा इसमें शक नहीं कि वह अमल (अच्छा हो या बुरा) अगर राई के बराबर भी हो और फिर वह किसी सख्त पत्थर के अन्दर या आसमान में या ज़मीन मे (छुपा हुआ) हो तो भी ख़ुदा उसे (क़यामत के दिन) हाज़िर कर देगा बेशक ख़ुदा बड़ा बारीकबीन वाक़िफकार है
O my son, establish prayer, enjoin what is right, forbid what is wrong, and be patient over what befalls you. Indeed, [all] that is of the matters [requiring] determination.
اے میرے بیٹے! نماز برپا رکھ اور اچھی بات کا حکم دے اور بری بات سے منع کر اور جو افتاد تجھ پر پڑے اس پر صبر کر، بیشک یہ ہمت کے کام ہیں
ऐ बेटा नमाज़ पाबन्दी से पढ़ा कर और (लोगों से) अच्छा काम करने को कहो और बुरे काम से रोको और जो मुसीबत तुम पर पडे उस पर सब्र करो (क्योंकि) बेशक ये बड़ी हिम्मत का काम है
Wa laa tusa'-'ir khaddaka linnaasi wa laa tamshi fil ardi maarahan innal laaha laa yuhibbu kulla mukhtaalin fakhoor
And do not turn your cheek [in contempt] toward people and do not walk through the earth exultantly. Indeed, Allah does not like everyone self-deluded and boastful.
اور کسی سے بات کرنے میں اپنا رخسارہ کج نہ کر اور زمین میں اِتراتا نہ چل، بیشک اللہ کو نہیں بھاتا کوئی اِتراتا فخر کرتا،
और लोगों के सामने (गुरुर से) अपना मुँह न फुलाना और ज़मीन पर अकड़कर न चलना क्योंकि ख़ुदा किसी अकड़ने वाले और इतराने वाले को दोस्त नहीं रखता और अपनी चाल ढाल में मियाना रवी एख्तेयार करो
Alam taraw annal laaha sakhkhara lakum maa fis sa maawaati wa maa fil ardi wa asbaha 'alaikum ni'amahoo zaahiratanw wa baatinah; wa minan naasi many yujaadilu fil laahi bighayri 'ilminw wa laa hudanw wa laa Kitaabim muneer
Do you not see that Allah has made subject to you whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth and amply bestowed upon you His favors, [both] apparent and unapparent? But of the people is he who disputes about Allah without knowledge or guidance or an enlightening Book [from Him].
کیا تم نے نہ دیکھا کہ اللہ نے تمہارے لیے کام میں لگائے جو کچھ آسمانوں اور زمین میں ہیں اور تمہیں بھرپور دیں اپنی نعمتیں ظاہر اور چھپی اور بعضے آدمی اللہ کے بارے میں جھگڑتے ہیں یوں کہ نہ علم نہ عقل نہ کوئی روشن کتاب
क्या तुम लोगों ने इस पर ग़ौर नहीं किया कि जो कुछ आसमानों में है और जो कुछ ज़मीन में है (ग़रज़ सब कुछ) ख़ुदा ही ने यक़ीनी तुम्हारा ताबेए कर दिया है और तुम पर अपनी ज़ाहिरी और बातिनी नेअमतें पूरी कर दीं और बाज़ लोग (नुसर बिन हारिस वगैरह) ऐसे भी हैं जो (ख्वाह मा ख्वाह) ख़ुदा के बारे में झगड़ते हैं (हालॉकि उनके पास) न इल्म है और न हिदायत है और न कोई रौशन किताब है
Wa izaa qeela lahumut-tabi'oo maaa anzalal laahu qaaloo bal nattabi'u maa wajadnaa 'alaihi aabaaa'anaa; awalaw kaanash Shaitaanu yad'oohum ilaa 'azaabis sa'eer
And when it is said to them, "Follow what Allah has revealed," they say, "Rather, we will follow that upon which we found our fathers." Even if Satan was inviting them to the punishment of the Blaze?
اور جب ان سے کہا جائے اس کی پیروی کرو جو اللہ نے اتارا تو کہتے ہیں بلکہ ہم تو اس کی پیروی کریں گے جس پر ہم نے اپنے باپ دادا کوپایا کیا اگرچہ شیطان ان کو عذاب دوزخ کی طرف بلاتا ہو
और जब उनसे कहा जाता है कि जो (किताब) ख़ुदा ने नाज़िल की है उसकी पैरवी करो तो (छूटते ही) कहते हैं कि नहीं हम तो उसी (तरीक़े से चलेंगे) जिस पर हमने अपने बाप दादाओं को पाया भला अगरचे शैतान उनके बाप दादाओं को जहन्नुम के अज़ाब की तरफ बुलाता रहा हो (तो भी उन्ही की पैरवी करेंगे)
Wa many yuslim wajha hooo ilal laahi wa huwa muhsinun faqadistamsaka bil'ur watil wusqaa; wa ilal laahi 'aaqibatul umoor
And whoever submits his face to Allah while he is a doer of good - then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold. And to Allah will be the outcome of [all] matters.
تو جو اپنا منہ اللہ کی طرف جھکادے اور ہو نیکوکار تو بیشک اس نے مضبوط گرہ تھامی، اور اللہ ہی کی طرف ہے سب کاموں کی انتہا،
और जो शख्स ख़ुदा के आगे अपना सर (तस्लीम) ख़म करे और वह नेकोकार (भी) हो तो बेशक उसने (ईमान की) मज़बूत रस्सी पकड़ ली और (आख़िर तो) सब कामों का अन्जाम ख़ुदा ही की तरफ है
Wa man kafara falaa yahzunka kufruh; ilainaa marji'uhum fanunabbi'uhum bimaa 'amiloo; innal laaha 'aleemum bizaatis sudoor
And whoever has disbelieved - let not his disbelief grieve you. To Us is their return, and We will inform them of what they did. Indeed, Allah is Knowing of that within the breasts.
اور جو کفر کرے تو تم اس کے کفر سے غم نہ کھاؤ، انھیں ہماری ہی طرف پھرنا ہے ہم انہیں بتادیں گے جو کرتے تھے بیشک اللہ دلوں کی بات جانتا ہے،
और (ऐ रसूल) जो काफिर बन बैठे तो तुम उसके कुफ्र से कुढ़ों नही उन सबको तो हमारी तरफ लौट कर आना है तो जो कुछ उन लोगों ने किया है (उसका नतीजा) हम बता देगें बेशक ख़ुदा दिलों के राज़ से (भी) खूब वाक़िफ है
Wa la'in sa altahum man khalaqas samaawaati wal arda la yaqoolunnal laah; qulil hamdu lillaah; bal aksaruhum laa ya'lamoon
And if you asked them, "Who created the heavens and earth?" they would surely say, "Allah." Say, "[All] praise is [due] to Allah "; but most of them do not know.
اور اگر تم ان سے پوچھو کس نے بنائے آسمان اور زمین تو ضرور کہیں گے اللہ نے، تم فرماؤ سب خوبیاں اللہ کو بلکہ ان میں اکثر جانتے نہیں،
और (ऐ रसूल) तुम अगर उनसे पूछो कि सारे आसमान और ज़मीन को किसने पैदा किया तो ज़रुर कह देगे कि अल्लाह ने (ऐ रसूल) इस पर तुम कह दो अल्हमदोलिल्लाह मगर उनमें से अक्सर (इतना भी) नहीं जानते हैं
Wa law annamaa fil ardi min shajaratin aqlaamunw wal bahru yamudduhoo mim ba'dihee sab'atu abhurim maa nafidat Kalimaatul laah; innal laaha 'azeezun Hakeem
And if whatever trees upon the earth were pens and the sea [was ink], replenished thereafter by seven [more] seas, the words of Allah would not be exhausted. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
اور اگر زمین میں جتنے پیڑ ہیں سب قلمیں ہوجائیں اور سمندر اس کی سیاہی ہو اس کے پیچھے سات سمندر اور تو اللہ کی باتیں ختم نہ ہوں گی بیشک اللہ عزت و حکمت والا ہے،
और जितने दरख्त ज़मीन में हैं सब के सब क़लम बन जाएँ और समन्दर उसकी सियाही बनें और उसके (ख़त्म होने के) बाद और सात समन्दर (सियाही हो जाएँ और ख़ुदा का इल्म और उसकी बातें लिखी जाएँ) तो भी ख़ुदा की बातें ख़त्म न होगीं बेशक ख़ुदा सब पर ग़ालिब (और) दाना (बीना) है
Alam tara annal laaha yoolijul laila fin nahaari wa yoolijun nahaara fil laili wa sakhkharash shamsa wal qamara kulluny yajreee ilaaa ajalim musammanw wa annal laaha bimaa ta'malona Khabeer
Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah, with whatever you do, is Acquainted?
اے سننے والے کیا تو نے نہ دیکھا کہ اللہ رات لاتا ہے دن کے حصے میں اور دن کرتا ہے رات کے حصے میں اور اس نے سورج اور چاند کام میں لگائے ہر ایک ایک مقرر میعاد تک چلتا ہے اور یہ کہ اللہ تمہارے کاموں سے خبردار ہے،
क्या तूने ये भी ख्याल न किया कि ख़ुदा ही रात को (बढ़ा के) दिन में दाख़िल कर देता है (तो रात बढ़ जाती है) और दिन को (बढ़ा के) रात में दाख़िल कर देता है (तो दिन बढ़ जाता है) उसी ने आफताब व माहताब को (गोया) तुम्हारा ताबेए बना दिया है कि एक मुक़र्रर मीयाद तक (यूँ ही) चलता रहेगा और (क्या तूने ये भी ख्याल न किया कि) जो कुछ तुम करते हो ख़ुदा उससे ख़ूब वाकिफकार है
Zaalika bi annal laaha Huwal Haqqu wa anna maa yad'oona min doonihil baatilu wa annal laaha Huwal 'Aliyyul Kabeer
That is because Allah is the Truth, and that what they call upon other than Him is falsehood, and because Allah is the Most High, the Grand.
یہ اس لیے کہ اللہ ہی حق ہے اور اس کے سوا جن کو پوجتے ہیں سب باطل ہیں اور اس لیے کہ اللہ ہی بلند بڑائی والا ہے،
ये (सब बातें) इस सबब से हैं कि ख़ुदा ही यक़ीनी बरहक़ (माबूद) है और उस के सिवा जिसको लोग पुकारते हैं यक़ीनी बिल्कुल बातिल और इसमें शक नहीं कि ख़ुदा ही आलीशान और बड़ा रुतबे वाला है
Alam tara annal fulka tajree fil bahri bini'matil laahi li yuriyakum min Aayaatih; inna fee zaalika la Aayaatil likulli sabbaarin shakoor
Do you not see that ships sail through the sea by the favor of Allah that He may show you of His signs? Indeed in that are signs for everyone patient and grateful.
کیا تو نے نہ دیکھا کہ کشتی دریا میں چلتی ہے، اللہ کے فضل سے تاکہ تمہیں وہ اپنی کچھ نشانیاں دکھائے بیشک اس میں نشانیاں ہیں ہر بڑے صبر کرنے والے شکرگزار کو
क्या तूने इस पर भी ग़ौर नहीं किया कि ख़ुदा ही के फज़ल से कश्ती दरिया में बहती चलती रहती है ताकि (लकड़ी में ये क़ूवत देकर) तुम लोगों को अपनी (कुदरत की) बाज़ निशानियाँ दिखा दे बेशक उस में भी तमाम सब्र व शुक्र करने वाले (बन्दों) के लिए (कुदरत ख़ुदा की) बहुत सी निशानियाँ दिखा दे बेशक इसमें भी तमाम सब्र व शुक्र करने वाले (बन्दों) के लिए (क़ुदरते ख़ुदा की) बहुत सी निशानियाँ हैं
Wa izaa ghashiyahum mawjun kazzulali da'a-wul laaha mukhliseena lahud deena fa lammaa najjaahum ilal barri faminhum muqtasid; wa maa yajhadu bi Aayaatinaa illaa kullu khattaarin kafoor
And when waves come over them like canopies, they supplicate Allah, sincere to Him in religion. But when He delivers them to the land, there are [some] of them who are moderate [in faith]. And none rejects Our signs except everyone treacherous and ungrateful.
اور جب ان پر آپڑتی ہے کوئی موج پہاڑوں کی طرح تو اللہ کو پکارتے ہیں نرے اسی پر عقیدہ رکھتے ہوئے پھر جب انہیں خشکی کی طرف بچا لاتا ہے تو ان میں کوئی اعتدال پر رہتا ہے اور ہماری آیتوں کا انکار نہ کرے گا مگر ہر بڑا بے وفا ناشکرا،
और जब उन्हें मौज (ऊँची होकर) साएबानों की तरह (ऊपर से) ढॉक लेती है तो निरा खुरा उसी का अक़ीदा रखकर ख़ुदा को पुकारने लगते हैं फिर जब ख़ुदा उनको नजात देकर खुश्की तक पहुँचा देता है तो उनमें से बाज़ तो कुछ देर एतदाल पर रहते हैं (और बाज़ पक्के काफिर) और हमारी (क़ुदरत की) निशानियों से इन्कार तो बस बदएहद और नाशुक्रे ही लोग करते हैं
O mankind, fear your Lord and fear a Day when no father will avail his son, nor will a son avail his father at all. Indeed, the promise of Allah is truth, so let not the worldly life delude you and be not deceived about Allah by the Deceiver.
اے لوگو! اپنے رب سے ڈرو اور اس دن کا خوف کرو جس میں کوئی باپ بچہ کے کام نہ آئے گا، اور نہ کوئی کامی (کاروباری) بچہ اپنے باپ کو کچھ نفع دے بیشک اللہ کا وعدہ سچا ہے تو ہرگز تمہیں دھوکا نہ دے دنیا کی زندگی اور ہرگز تمہیں اللہ کے علم پر دھوکہ نہ دے وہ بڑا فریبی
लोगों अपने परवरदिगार से डरो और उस दिन का ख़ौफ रखो जब न कोई बाप अपने बेटे के काम आएगा और न कोई बेटा अपने बाप के कुछ काम आ सकेगा ख़ुदा का (क़यामत का) वायदा बिल्कुल पक्का है तो (कहीं) तुम लोगों को दुनिया की (चन्द रोज़ा) ज़िन्दगी धोखे में न डाले और न कहीं तुम्हें फरेब देने वाला (शैतान) कुछ फ़रेब दे
Innal laaha 'indahoo 'ilmus saa'ati wa yunazzilul ghaisa wa ya'lamu maa fil arhaami wa maa tadree nafsum maazaa takisbu ghadaa; wa maa tadree nafsum bi ayyi ardin tamoot; innal laaha 'Aleemun Khabeer
Indeed, Allah [alone] has knowledge of the Hour and sends down the rain and knows what is in the wombs. And no soul perceives what it will earn tomorrow, and no soul perceives in what land it will die. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted.
بیشک اللہ کے پاس ہے قیامت کا علم اور اتارتا ہے مینھ اور جانتا ہے جو کچھ ماؤں کے پیٹ میں ہے، اور کوئی جان نہیں جانتی کہ کل کیا کمائے گی اور کوئی جان نہیں جانتی کہ کس زمین میں مرے گی، بیشک اللہ جاننے والا بتانے والا ہے
बेशक ख़ुदा ही के पास क़यामत (के आने) का इल्म है और वही (जब मौक़ा मुनासिब देखता है) पानी बरसाता है और जो कुछ औरतों के पेट में (नर मादा) है जानता है और कोई शख्स (इतना भी तो) नहीं जानता कि वह ख़़ुद कल क्या करेगा और कोई शख्स ये (भी) नहीं जानता है कि वह किस सर ज़मीन पर मरे (गड़े) गा बेशक ख़ुदा (सब बातों से) आगाह ख़बरदार है
